A young Jaisinh Sampat has just completed his MBA (Marketing) from University of Pune after working as an apprentice at The Natural Gas Co. since 1981 learning the LPG trade.

Based on the plans announced by the Government to provide LPG cylinders to every Indian household, he establishes a small business to sell products, spare parts and other LPG equipment mainly for domestic use.

His maternal grandfather, Mr H.L. Kapadia, a Textile technologist from VJTI who retired in 1984 as Director of Weaving at The Khatau Mills, provides the initial seed capital of Rs. 50,000/- to start the business.
