Pune Gas acquires distribution agreement for FAS2000 LPG Vapouriser, the product approval was received from the relevant Indian Authority in January 2018.
FAS2000 is an LPG vaporizer used in LPG applications with gas consumption of upto 40kg/hr. The FAS2000 is typically used in small and mid-sized industries and in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels.
The price per unit is currently Rs. 1,75,000/- and the market demand as of 2018 is about 50 units per year. We estimate the market demand for the FAS2000 to go up to 100 units by the turn of 2020 given the ever increasing LPG demand among target customers.
We have also arrived at a mutual agreement that once this target has been achieved, we shall produce the FAS2000 in India for the domestic as well as the international market.
